1. In accordance with the letter from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (hereinafter referred to as the "Department") of the Ministry of Education, No. 1080004185, dated January 14, 108.

2. The Department, in collaboration with the National Education Radio, has planned and launched three new children's mother tongue radio language learning programs for Indonesian, Vietnamese, and Thai: "Speaking Indonesian is Cool!", "Easy to Learn Vietnamese", and "Thai Fun & Easy to Learn". The aim is to encourage parents and children to learn together through radio listening, enhancing the understanding and respect of new immigrant children for their mothers' home cultures. Hosted by native language teachers and second-generation immigrant students, the programs feature lively and engaging situational conversations with standard pronunciation and clear tones, along with introductions to the cultures of these countries. This initiative fulfills the vision of "Achieving Every Child" and the goal of "Respecting Multiculturalism," thereby enhancing national competitiveness.

3. Starting from January 1, 108, in conjunction with elementary school morning reading time, the programs will be broadcast from 7:20 AM to 7:30 AM every Monday to Friday on the National Broadcasting Channel of the Education Radio. The programs are designed with students as the primary learners, featuring thematic content, engaging stories, conversations, and songs. The radio content is adapted from learning materials for new immigrant languages, allowing listeners to understand the languages and cultures of new immigrant countries through lively and engaging programs, and to enjoy learning the mother tongues of new immigrants.

4. "Speaking Indonesian is Cool!" will be broadcast from January 1, 108, to February 11, 108. "Thai Fun & Easy to Learn" will be broadcast from February 12, 108, to March 25, 108. "Easy to Learn Vietnamese" will be broadcast from March 26, 108, to May 6, 108. If you cannot listen at the scheduled time, you can listen on demand on the official website of the National Education Radio at https://channelplus.ner.gov.tw/community. After the entire series is broadcast, it will be fully archived and available for on-demand listening in the language learning section of the National Education Radio Channel+ website at http://newchannel.ner.gov.tw/.
