Description:

I. Purpose: To enhance teachers' willingness to use the "Understanding Labor Series Videos" teaching materials. The instructor will demonstrate video teaching methods, explain the content of the reference manual, and invite interviewees, directors, or labor activists from the videos to participate in discussions. This will promote teachers' understanding of labor issues and contribute to the promotion of labor education in elementary and junior high schools.

II. Workshop Time: March 13, 2019 (Wednesday), 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM.

III. Workshop Location: Second-floor library of Nanxing Elementary School, Daxi District, Taoyuan City.

IV. Participants: Teachers interested in this workshop. Priority will be given to members of the Taoyuan Teachers Association and labor unions of all levels of schools in Taoyuan City. Limited to 30 participants. If there are remaining spots, they will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

V. Registration Method: Please register through the Taoyuan City Teacher Professional Development Workshop System [Workshop ID 165468]. Upon login and completion of the workshop, 2 hours of workshop credit will be awarded.

VII. We kindly request your school to grant official leave for participating teachers. Teachers attending the workshop will be responsible for their own class arrangements.
