2. The details of the aforementioned activity are as follows:

(1) Time: March 23, 108 (2019) (Saturday), from 9:00 AM to 4:20 PM.

(2) Location: Jianxing Junior High School, Tainan City. Address: No. 239, Section 1, Fuqian Road, Central West District, Tainan City.

(3) Attendees: Mathematics teachers from elementary and junior high schools in this city.

(4) Registration: Please complete the registration form by 12:00 PM on March 15, 108 (2019) at https://goo.gl/forms/YDBNJGAsJvroBk5h1. Late submissions will not be accepted.

4. "Foundation into the Classroom Collaborative Lesson Study Training" Certificate:

(1) Mathematics teachers who meet the above qualifications and participate in the "Foundation into the Classroom Collaborative Lesson Study Training" held by the Center for the Study of Learning in Mathematics, National Taiwan Normal University, and complete all course content (must attend all modules in their group) will be awarded the "Foundation into the Classroom Collaborative Lesson Study Training" certificate for that group.

(2) To ensure the quality of the trained mathematics activity facilitators, if any module is not attended for at least 2/3 of its scheduled hours, participants may audit the workshop sessions but will not receive the "Foundation into the Classroom Collaborative Lesson Study Training" certificate.

(3) Only those who have obtained the "Foundation into the Classroom Collaborative Lesson Study Training Certificate" are eligible to apply for the "Mathematics Activity Workshop Program - Fun Foundation Mathematics Camp" organized by the Center for the Study of Learning in Mathematics, National Taiwan Normal University.
