Attached is the theme and description of the "12th National Legal Database Creative Teaching Material Competition" jointly organized by the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Education. Please assist in informing teachers at your school to actively use their creativity to write teaching materials and participate in the competition. Details are as described. Please acknowledge receipt.

說明：
一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署108年3月14日臺教國署學字第1080026966A號函辦理。
二、旨揭競賽活動係與法務部與教育部共同主辦，預計於今（108）年8月19日正式起跑，分為「全國法規資料庫法規知識王網路闖關競賽」及「全國法規資料庫創意教學競賽」2項競賽活動。期藉由一系列競賽活動的辦理，使全國國中、高中職（含五專一、二、三年級）師生，在運用全國法規資料庫的過程中，讓教師能以生動活潑的方式進行法治教學，培養學生建立正確的法治觀念。
三、「全國法規資料庫創意教學競賽活動」之參加對象為全國國中、高中職及五年制專科學校教師；採「國中組」及「高中職組（含五專教師）」分組競賽。本屆（第12屆）以「醉不上道，防制酒駕全民動起來」與「科技倫理與資訊安全」為教案設計主題。
四、請貴校轉知所屬教師同仁，就前開主題發揮創意及巧思製作教案作品，融入法治教育課堂實務操作，並且鼓勵踴躍參賽。
五、有關「第12屆全國法規資料庫法規知識王網路闖關競賽要點」及「第12屆全國法規資料庫創意教學競賽要點」將俟國教署確定後另函通知。
