Description:

1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. Tai Jiao She (4) Zi Di 1080041845 dated March 26, 2019.

2. To encourage all citizens to learn Hokkien and enhance the professional literacy of teachers and the language ability of students, the Ministry of Education is holding the aforementioned certification examination. Please inform all current teachers, local language teaching support staff, and students to actively register.

3. The information of the aforementioned certification examination is summarized as follows:

(1) The examination will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2019. Online registration and group registration services will be available from April 12, 2019, to May 10, 2019.

(2) To encourage students to register, candidates aged 19 and below are exempt from the registration fee.

(3) The examination syllabus, registration system, and related information are available on the "Ministry of Education 2019 Hokkien Language Proficiency Certification Examination" website (URL: https://blgjts.moe.edu.tw).

4. To promote the aforementioned examination, we are offering certification teaching materials to all national elementary and junior high schools (limited to 2,000 sets, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis based on application submission time). 5. There are additional incentives for group registration for this examination. Please encourage your schools to actively assist students in group registration. The representative of the group that registers the most students has a chance to win a certification tote bag (limited to 500 sets). Distribution will be prioritized based on the number of participants in group registrations. The general examination center will announce the list of winners on the official certification website in early June 2019 and will mail the prizes in mid-June 2019.
