I. Recently, we have received numerous calls from parents complaining about cases where the Bureau commissioned private institutions to organize information sessions for the 12-year basic education curriculum guidelines and paid testing for students.

II. Regarding the promotion of the 12-year basic education curriculum guidelines and related matters, the Bureau has not commissioned any cram schools or private institutions to handle them. Please assist your school in posting this notice and strengthening its promotion.

III. Additionally, the Bureau will be holding information sessions for parents on the 12-year basic education curriculum guidelines on Tuesday, April 23, 2019, from 7 PM to 9 PM at Taoyuan City Taoyuan District Zhongshan Elementary School, and on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, from 7 PM to 9 PM at Taoyuan City Zhongli District Yuansheng Elementary School. Please encourage parents to participate actively. Also, please utilize parent-teacher meetings and parent education days to appropriately promote information related to the 12-year basic education curriculum, so that parents can understand and participate.
