Description:

I. To promote the concept of competency-oriented assessment and enhance teachers' professional skills in developing and reviewing competency-oriented assessments, the institute is organizing the aforementioned workshop. Details are as follows:

(I) Title:

1. Second Quarter Competency-Oriented Assessment Workshop (I) Chinese Reading Literacy.

2. Second Quarter Competency-Oriented Assessment Workshop (II) Mathematics Literacy.

3. Second Quarter Competency-Oriented Assessment Workshop (III) Science Domain Literacy.

4. Second Quarter Competency-Oriented Assessment Workshop (IV) English Literacy.

5. Second Quarter Competency-Oriented Assessment Workshop (V) Social Studies Domain Literacy.

(II) This workshop is an introductory competency-oriented assessment workshop, designed for teachers who have not previously attended workshops organized by the institute.

(III) Date: July 25, 2019.

(IV) Location: 6th Floor, Qiuzhen Building, Minsheng Campus, National Taichung University of Education (No. 140, Minsheng Road, West District, Taichung City).

(V) Workshop schedule details are provided in Attachment 1.

II. Please announce this workshop information to the public through your respective county/city education bureaus. Interested teachers can register online. Please note that there is a participant limit, and enrollment will be based on eligibility and relevance to the workshop's objectives.

III. Registration Method:

(I) Teachers are requested to register through the institute's homepage/Seminar Information Registration System/Annual Activity Plan/Online Registration (URL: https://workshop.naer.edu.tw/NAWeb/Services/wFrmYearPlanAct.aspx). Upon approval, an acceptance notification and related information will be sent via email. Detailed registration instructions can be found in Attachment 2.

(II) Registration Period: From now until 9:00 AM on Monday, July 8, 2019.

(III) Regarding leave, class arrangements, and substitute teaching for participants, please refer to your respective authorities for approval.
