Regarding the Ministry of Education's implementation of the "108 Academic Year Training Program for Professional Feedback Talents and Teaching Mentors for Various Professional Feedback Talents of Primary and Secondary School Teachers," please be informed.

Description:
1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter Tai Shi San Zi Di 1080140050 dated September 27, 2019.
2. To encourage teachers to independently engage in professional development activities, train various professional feedback talents, and enhance teachers' service performance, the Ministry of Education has commissioned National Taiwan Normal University to organize the aforementioned project.
3. The characteristics of the 2019 lecturer training course will be designed in response to the 12-year basic education curriculum guidelines, focusing on the needs of "competency-oriented curriculum" and designing integrated thematic/project-based/issue-based inquiry courses to enhance teachers' competency-oriented curriculum design abilities.
4. The key points of the aforementioned training project are as follows:
(1) Training period: November 2019 to December 2019.
(2) The training courses are divided into 9 categories and 12 subjects. Each city can recommend a maximum of 2 participants per subject. The maximum class size for each subject is 30 people. If the number of participants is less than 10, the class will be canceled. The recommendation qualifications are as follows:
1. Primary and secondary school teachers who hold an advanced certificate for evaluators/professional feedback talents or a teaching mentor certificate.
2. Primary and secondary school teachers who have the qualifications of a national education counseling group member, super teacher, mentor teacher, or leader of a community related to promoting curriculum and teaching.
3. Primary and secondary school teachers who have received the Shi-De Award, Teaching Excellence Award, county/city to government or national teaching awards, or have been certified by other projects approved by the Ministry of Education.
4. University assistant professors or above.
(3) In addition to completing the training and trial lectures, participants must submit assignments and pass the review to obtain lecturer qualifications. Lecturers will be requested to assist the city in promoting courses related to the teacher professional development practice program.
5. If teachers from your school meet the qualifications and are interested in participating in the aforementioned training, please fill out the lecturer training registration form and send it along with supporting documents (please convert to PDF format) to the City's Principal and Teacher Professional Development Center (ta101714@simes.tyc.edu.tw) for review by October 16, 2019.
