Academic Affairs Office Announcement
The Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education has commissioned the Department of Chemistry at National Taiwan Normal University to organize the "2020 Program to Enhance Natural Science Experimentation Skills for Junior and Elementary School Students - National Taiwan Normal University Junior and Elementary School Sessions." Teachers and students are encouraged to sign up and participate.

I. To implement the "Science Education Rooted in the Community" initiative, enhance students' experimental operation skills, and strengthen their scientific English proficiency, a Natural Science Experimental Operation Summer Camp for junior and elementary school students will be held during the summer of 2020. The details are as follows:
(I) Junior High School Session:
1. Time: From July 15, 2020 (Wednesday) to July 19, 2020 (Sunday), a total of five days and four nights.
2. Location: Gongguan Campus, National Taiwan Normal University (No. 88, Section 4, Tingzhou Road, Wenshan District, Taipei City).
(II) Elementary School Session:
1. Time: From July 20, 2020 (Monday) to July 24, 2020 (Friday), a total of five days and four nights.
2. Location: Gongguan Campus, National Taiwan Normal University (No. 88, Section 4, Tingzhou Road, Wenshan District, Taipei City).

Prior to the registration deadline, we will recruit junior high school students in grades 7-9 and elementary school students in grades 4-6 (with an estimated enrollment of at least 250 students for each group). Students with the five priority categories (A-E) listed in the project proposal will be admitted first upon submission of proof of eligibility. If there are still available spots, general students will be admitted.
III. Interested participants can register online via Google Forms from now until April 15, 2020. The registration link for the junior high school session is: https://reurl.cc/jdlo0q, and the registration link for the elementary school session is: https://reurl.cc/qD7GQ0. If proof of eligibility is required, please take a photo or scan the relevant documents after online registration and email them to ntnuscience108@gmail.com.
