2. The aforementioned project is undertaken by the National Experimental Chorus. This initiative leverages the chorus's professional capabilities and extensive experience in performance and teaching to assist elementary and secondary schools lacking music instructors. The goal is to help establish local folk song choirs, thereby enhancing students' aesthetic experiences in singing mother tongue songs and elevating their artistic cultivation. It also implements the Ministry of Education's "Mid-to-Long-Term Aesthetic Plan" by increasing students' opportunities to participate in arts and cultural activities through local folk song instruction, promoting the integration of arts into daily life, and improving students' aesthetic literacy and musical appreciation skills.
