Description:
1. In accordance with the "Hakka Affairs Council's Measures for Evaluating and Rewarding the Promotion of Hakka as the Common Language" and the "Implementation Measures for Issuing Gifts and Gift Vouchers for Rewarding Cases in Agencies and Schools under this Government."
2. This project plans to organize groups of 15 or more people into 7 categories: first-level agencies of the City Government, other agencies of the City Government, university groups, elementary and middle school groups, farmers' and fishermen's associations groups, village groups, and civil organizations groups. Two reward mechanisms are set up: "Registration Number Competition for Each Level" and "Certification Achievement," as follows:
(1) Registration Number Competition for Each Level: For the 4 groups of City Government agencies and schools, the top 3 with the highest ratio of registered Hakka certification applicants to the total number of employees in the agency will be awarded. For the remaining groups, the top 3 with the highest total number of Hakka certification applicants will be awarded. The first prize in each group can receive a gift voucher of up to NT$8,000 (hereinafter the same) and a certificate.
(2) Certification Achievement Award: In principle, the top three in each group will be selected based on the pass rate of beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. However, the pass rate for each level must be at least 60% (inclusive) to receive a gift voucher of NT$10,000 and a certificate.
3. This reward project adopts online registration. Please register within 30 days after the deadline for each exam on the Taoyuan Hakka Class and Certification Reward Platform (https://tychakka.tycg.gov.tw/Page/default.aspx) homepage / Apply for Hakka Certification Rewards / Group Registration Reward Competition.
4. Attached is "Taoyuan City Hakka Language Proficiency Certification Group Registration Reward Project" (1 copy). Please inform your subordinate employees and encourage them to sign up. For village offices, please ask the district offices to assist in informing and encouraging enthusiastic participation.
