{{ $t('FEZ002') }} Academic Affairs Office|

Description:
I. To enhance the information security knowledge of teachers in our city and strengthen their cybersecurity awareness and capabilities, in accordance with the "Cybersecurity Responsibility Level Classification Regulations" promulgated by the Executive Yuan, general users and management personnel are required to undergo at least 3 hours of cybersecurity awareness training annually and pass the course assessment. Therefore, this training is specially organized.
II. This training will be conducted by providing recorded videos and lecture notes in a cloud folder (https://tinyurl.com/y9x8hjay) for self-download. After the course, please complete the assessment (https://tinyurl.com/y99untsw). The details are as follows:
(1) Participants: In-service teachers from all levels of schools in our city.
(2) Training Hours: 3 hours will be granted to those who participate in this training and complete the assessment.
(3) Please use an account with the suffix @ms.tyc.edu.tw to complete the assessment. The deadline for the assessment is June 30, 109 (2020). Those who do not complete the assessment will not be granted training hours.
III. The results of the social engineering drills conducted in 2019 for schools under this bureau are placed in each school's cloud folder (https://tinyurl.com/qsdxqz7). Please have the IT section head log in with their official account. If there are no drill results in the school's folder, it means all school personnel have passed. The drill results list the names of personnel from each school who did not pass the drill. Please have the IT section head of each school notify the aforementioned personnel to attend the organized course to strengthen their cybersecurity awareness.
IV. If you have any questions regarding this training or encounter issues accessing the cloud folder, please contact Chiang Chih-wei, the contact person at the Information and Technology Education Section of this bureau.
