Description:
I. In accordance with the letter of the Hakka Affairs Bureau of this Government, No. 1090005034 dated May 26, 2020, and the letter of this Bureau, No. 1090012885 dated February 24, 2020 (received).
II. In accordance with the "COVID-19 (Wuhan Pneumonia)" response guidelines, it is recommended that organizers of assembly activities assess the necessity of the event. For non-essential, crowded events, consider postponing or suspending them. After assessment, it was decided to postpone the event and strengthen the epidemic prevention response mechanism, thus amending the implementation plan mentioned above.
III. The event competition categories are divided into 6 groups: toddler parent-child group, elementary school lower, middle (A, B), and upper grades, and junior high school group. The competitions will be held in 6 venues, and the list of winners will be announced and awarded on the day of the competition.
IV. The revised competition regulations are as follows:
(I) Competition Date: The competition will start at 9:00 AM on November 7, 2020 (Saturday) (reporting will generally begin at 8:20 AM).
(II) Competition Venue: National Central University Graduate Building and Hakka College International Conference Hall (Address: No. 300, Zhongda Road, Zhongli District, Taoyuan City 32001).
(III) Registration Period: From September 1, 2020 (Tuesday) to October 15, 2020 (Thursday) at 5:00 PM.
(IV) Added: "This competition is included as an additional item for 'Talent Performance' in the excess score ranking for the 109th academic year's Taoyuan-Lianqu Senior High School Entrance Examination. Scoring standards: 1st place - 6 points, 2nd place - 5 points, 3rd place - 4 points."
