Description:
1. In accordance with the letter from the Department of Secondary Education, Ministry of Education, No. 1090065564A, dated June 10, 2020.
2. To promote public understanding of human rights issues and expand the scope and breadth of human rights education, the National Human Rights Museum, inspired by the spirit of mobile museums, has recreated distinctive and well-received human rights special exhibitions. These exhibitions have been adapted into content, scale, and formats suitable for public promotion, and are available for application by schools, related cultural and educational institutions, or community organizations. This year, under the theme "Human Rights Stories Mobile Exhibition," seven human rights-themed special exhibitions are offered, covering diverse narrative contexts such as "Great Era and Collective Memory," "Perpetrator Systems and Spatial Textures," and "Life Stories of Political Victims and Their Families," to present the micro and macro aspects of White Terror human rights oppression.
3. A brief description of the application for the aforementioned exhibition is as follows:
(1) Applicants: Domestic schools at all levels (teachers), public and private cultural and educational institutions, cultural centers, legally established corporations or organizations, etc.; or other entities that meet the objectives of this project and are approved by the museum. It is expected that 20 exhibition slots will be accepted.
(2) Application Period: From now until June 24, 2020. The list of approved applications is expected to be announced on July 15, 2020.
(3) Exhibition Period: From September 1, 2020, to June 30, 2021. Each exhibition slot will be for 15 days. Special requests will be handled separately by the museum.
(4) Application Method: Please complete the application form (paper/online https://reurl.cc/D9b2Qj, requiring photos and a brief introduction of the intended exhibition space). After review by the museum, the executing unit will notify applicants of the review results and handle subsequent matters.
(5) The exhibition application and related setup/dismantling services for this project are free of charge.
