(I) Participants: Junior high school teachers in this city.
(II) Training Dates and Locations:
1. Training on Deepening Financial Basic Education Concepts: August 26, 109 (Wednesday), 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM at Taoyuan Junior High School (No. 2, Juguang St., Taoyuan Dist., Taoyuan City) and September 15, 109 (Tuesday), 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Pingxing Junior High School (No. 300, Huannan Rd., Pingzhen Dist., Taoyuan City).
2. Lecture on Financial Education Professional Knowledge and Skills: August 28, 109 (Friday), 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Pingxing Junior High School (No. 300, Huannan Rd., Pingzhen Dist., Taoyuan City).
(III) Registration Method: From now until the day before each session, please register directly through the Teacher Professional Development Training System of this city. The organizing unit is Pingxing Junior High School. The list of participants will be determined based on the target audience and order of registration, on a first-come, first-served basis until full.
III. This case also includes a brief description of the selection for the Financial Basic Education Action Plan achievements as follows:
(I) Participants: Junior high school teachers in this city. Partner teachers can be included as co-authors, but each achievement can have a maximum of 3 co-authors (at least one of whom must be a formally qualified teacher).
(II) Registration Deadline: From now until October 12, 109 (2020), please register online through the official event website (https://forms.gle/cLoTzyuYB7Qzdp32A) and email the registration form to (twnpos@gmail.com).
(III) Submission Deadline: After completing registration, please mail or deliver the submitted works to the Financial Basic Education Project Promotion Group (3rd Floor, No. 174, Lane 28, Section 2, Bade Road, Zhongshan District, Taipei City 10491) by November 2, 109 (2020). The postmark will be the basis for judging. Late submissions will not be reviewed.
IV. Personnel participating in this case agree to be granted official leave (business trip) in principle, provided that they handle their own class arrangements and do not receive substitute teacher fees. For teacher training, actual training hours will be awarded.
V. In accordance with the "Regulations on Performance Evaluation of Principals of Public Senior High Schools and Below," "Regulations on Performance Evaluation of Teachers of Public Senior High Schools and Below," and "Key Points for Awards and Punishments for Faculty and Staff of Municipal Schools and Kindergartens in Taoyuan City," teachers in teams that receive "Special Excellence" in the aforementioned action plan selection will be awarded one commendation each. Those who receive "Excellence" and "Honorable Mention" will receive one certificate of merit each. After the event, schools should handle the awards and punishments for faculty and staff in accordance with relevant regulations. If the awards and punishments involve principals or personnel in charge of human resources, they should be reported to the Personnel Office of this Bureau with a recommendation letter for awards and punishments (and WebHR). Awards and punishments for accounting personnel should be reported to the Accounting Office of this Bureau with a recommendation letter for awards and punishments. These will be discussed together at the performance evaluation meeting for accounting personnel convened by the General Affairs Department of the Provincial Government.
