II. Activity content: From August 31, 2020, to February 16, 2021, free tutoring resources for college entrance exams, languages, civil service exams, etc., will be provided to support underprivileged families, with 500 spots available.
III. Eligibility:
(I) Students currently enrolled in public/private elementary schools or above in this city/district.
(II) Students with proof of low-income or single-parent family status registered in this city/district, and recommended by the school's counseling office or homeroom teacher.
(III) Individuals referred by the Social Affairs Bureau after an interview.
IV. Application period: From August 17, 2020, to October 31, 2020.
V. Required documents:
(I) Application form (as attached).
(II) Proof of low-income or single-parent family status registered in this city/district.
(III) Household registration transcript (within 3 months) / copy of household registration book.
(IV) Parental or guardian consent form (as attached).
