Subject: Forwarding the "110th Class 0015 Hokkien Phonetic System Training Course (Part 1)" and "110th Class 0021 Hakka Phonetic System Basic and Teaching Training Course (Part 1)" organized by the Ministry of Education. Your school is requested to encourage relevant personnel to participate actively. Please acknowledge receipt.
Explanation:  
1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter Tai-Jiao-She (4) No. 1090179964 dated December 11, 109.
2. To implement the teaching of local languages and enhance the professional knowledge and skills of teachers nationwide in Hokkien and Hakka phonetic systems, and to encourage public participation in learning local languages, the Ministry of Education is organizing the aforementioned activities.
3. Your school is requested to encourage teachers, local language teaching support staff (support teachers), and others interested in learning local languages and their related knowledge to participate actively. Please also grant official (business) leave for participants.
4. The location, time, and other related matters for the aforementioned training courses are as follows:
(1) Training Time:
1. Hokkien Phonetic System: January 27 (Wednesday) to January 29 (Friday), 110.
2. Hakka Phonetic System: February 3 (Wednesday) to February 5 (Friday), 110.
(2) Training Location: National Academy for Educational Research, Sanxia Main Campus (No. 2, Sanxia Road, Sanxia District, New Taipei City).
(3) Number of Participants: 35 people.
(4) Training Hours: 21 hours.
5. The registration period, method, and other related matters are as follows:
(1) Registration Period:
1. Hokkien Training: From 9:00 AM on January 4, 110 (Monday) to 5:00 PM on January 6, 110 (Wednesday), registration closes when full.
2. Hakka Training: From 9:00 AM on January 4, 110 (Monday) to 5:00 PM on January 6, 110 (Wednesday), registration closes when full.
(2) Registration Method: Please register online through the National Academy for Educational Research website (URL: https://workshop.naer.edu.tw/NAWeb/Services/wFrmRecent.aspx).
(3) Eligible Participants: Priority will be given to those who have not participated in the phonetic system courses organized by the NAER in 109. Remaining spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis until full. If the number of applicants exceeds the maximum class size, they will be placed on a waiting list in order. If a registered participant is unable to attend, please inform the NAER contact person (contact number detailed in the course schedule) via email or phone before the course begins to facilitate replacements and avoid resource wastage.
(4) Only those who are approved and accepted after review may attend this training. The National Academy for Educational Research will send a notification email, or you can check your status on the registration system.
6. Attached are the course schedule and transportation information, one copy each.
