| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Department of National and Preschool Education, Ministry of Education, dated March 25, 110 (2021), No. 1100030256. |
| II. | To commend teachers in public and private senior high schools and below across the nation for integrating ocean education into various subject areas, encourage teachers to form professional learning communities across schools and disciplines, and conduct innovative cross-disciplinary thematic teaching in ocean education to enhance students' ocean literacy, the Department of National and Preschool Education has formulated this implementation plan. |
| III. | Key points of the aforementioned implementation plan are as follows (please refer to the attachment for details): |
| (1) | Eligibility: Public and private senior high schools and below nationwide. Each school is limited to one team (cross-school teams are not subject to this limit). Each team should consist of 3 to 6 teachers. |
| (2) | Categories: The selection will be divided into three groups: elementary school, junior high school, and senior high/vocational school. |
| (3) | Schools wishing to participate should submit the application form (as detailed in the attachment) along with relevant documents (hard copy and CD) to the Bureau by Friday, June 25, 110 (2021). |
