| Subject: | Attached is the "110th Cool English Reading King" competition rules from the Ministry of Education's National and Preschool Education Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Administration). Please refer to the details for your reference. |
| Explanation: |
| I. | In accordance with the Administration's letter No. 1100031725, dated March 25, 110. |
| II. | To help students develop good reading habits and improve their English reading skills, the Administration's "Cool English Online Learning Platform" has specially created the "Reading Fantasy Kingdom" and "Magical Reading Journey" sections. These sections select diverse and moderately difficult English e-picture books, add Chinese translations and full-text readings, and create questions based on the content to help students test their comprehension after reading. To encourage elementary and junior high school students nationwide to use the reading section materials on this website to enhance their English reading abilities, the Administration has commissioned National Taiwan Normal University to organize the aforementioned competition. |
| III. | The event will be held from April 12, 110, to May 14, 110. Participants include students in grades 3 to 6 of public and private elementary schools nationwide (elementary school group) and students in grades 7 to 9 of junior high schools (junior high school group). Please refer to the competition rules for details. |
