| I. | This is in accordance with the official letter from National Taiwan Normal University dated March 4, 110 (2021), Ref: Shida Gong Jiao Zi No. 1101005160, and the Bureau's letter dated March 8, 110 (2021), Ref: Tao Jiao Gao Zi No. 1100018981. |
| II. | To align with the Executive Yuan's promotion of the "2030 Bilingual Nation Policy," and to meet the needs of the new curriculum for foreign language proficiency, diverse literacy, and enriching students' learning portfolio, this competition is being organized to enhance the foreign language and international mobility skills of teachers and students. |

| 7. | Junior High, High School, Vocational School Teachers Group and University (College) Teachers Group. |

| 1. | Professional English Listening (Writing) Skills. |
