| 1. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. TAIJIAOSHE(4) No. 1100074372 dated May 27, 110. |
| 2. | In response to the extension of the nationwide Level 3 epidemic alert, in order to reduce the risk of cluster infections and protect the health and rights of all participants, the schedule for the "11th Taoyuan City Calligraphy Competition" has been entirely postponed. This notice is hereby given. |
| 3. | In order to adjust the competition schedule and consider the protection of the rights and interests of the competition personnel, a mechanism will be implemented where works submitted for the preliminary round will retain their eligibility to participate, or participants may choose to retrieve their works and resubmit them for the competition. |
| 4. | The schedule for the preliminary and final rounds of this competition will be announced on the Nanmen Elementary School website and notified via letter, depending on the development of the epidemic. We appreciate your understanding. |
