| 1. | In accordance with the official letter from National Taiwan Normal University dated May 28, 110 (2021), Ref: NTNU-EDU-1101013825. |
| 2. | This project is part of the Ministry of Education's series of workshops for human resource development, focusing on professional enhancement in curriculum guideline promotion and development. It aims to empower curriculum leaders in elementary and junior high schools across various counties and cities with professional knowledge and online course facilitation skills, thereby promoting the stable implementation of the 12-year basic education curriculum guidelines. |
| 3. | In response to the pandemic, the aforementioned series of workshops will be conducted online. Relevant information is as follows: |
| (1) | Organizational Leadership Series |
| 1. | First session: From Thursday, June 17, 110 (2021) to Thursday, July 22, 110 (2021), every Thursday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, totaling 6 sessions. |
| 2. | Second session: From Thursday, July 29, 110 (2021) to Thursday, September 2, 110 (2021), every Thursday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, totaling 6 sessions. |
| (2) | Future Thinking Series: From Sunday, June 13, 110 (2021) to Sunday, June 27, 110 (2021), every Sunday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, totaling 3 sessions. |

| 4. | Attached are the implementation plans for the Organizational Leadership Series and the Future Thinking Series of the aforementioned workshops. |
