| 2. | This year marks the second year of the global COVID-19 pandemic, and it has brought various impacts and challenges to Taiwan. Teachers and educational institutions have faced numerous difficulties in teaching. This conference has specially added the theme of "Teaching and Learning under the COVID-19 Pandemic." Contributions from all sectors are welcome. |

| (3) | Call for Papers Topics: Including but not limited to K-12 education, STEAM education, sustainable development education, interdisciplinary education, mathematics education, science education, early childhood education, psychological counseling, special education, human resource management, sports technology, educational and learning technology, environmental education and social practice, language and teaching, and related topics. |
