| Subject: | Attached is the implementation plan for the "11th Taoyuan City Book Sage Cup Calligraphy Competition." We encourage individuals registered in Taoyuan City or studying in schools at all levels in this city to submit their entries and participate, and to assist in promoting the event widely. |
| Notes: |
| 1. | In accordance with Official Letter No. 1100028399 dated April 7, 110, and Official Letter No. 1100092357 dated October 12, 110. |
| 2. | The original plan stipulated a two-stage process: "preliminary round" and "final round." However, considering the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, and with the approval of the government, to avoid gatherings that could affect public health, the competition method has been changed to a "submission" format in one stage. Details are provided in the competition implementation plan. |
| 3. | This competition is divided into the following 5 groups: (1) Elementary School Middle Grades Group, (2) Elementary School Upper Grades Group, (3) Junior High School Group, (4) Senior High School/Vocational Group (including the first three years of junior college), and (5) College/University and Social Group. |
| 4. | Submission Specifications: |
| (1) | Elementary School Groups (Middle/Upper Grades) and Junior High School Group: All entries must be written vertically on four-open size (approximately 68x35 cm) Xuan paper. |
| (2) | Senior High School/Vocational Group and College/University and Social Group: All entries must be written vertically on double-open size (approximately 135x35 cm) Xuan paper. |
| (3) | Font style is not restricted. The content must be chosen from the designated topics in [Attachment 3]. Entries that do not comply will not be scored. |
| (4) | All submitted works in each group must include a signature/date. The College/University and Social Group must also include a seal (use of seal). For other groups, the use of a seal is optional. |
| (5) | Please submit (mail/deliver) by November 15, 110 (Monday) to Nanmen Elementary School. Attach the registration form (please fill out completely as in [Attachment 2]) to the upper right corner on the back of your artwork. Mail/deliver directly to the Academic Affairs Office of Nanmen Elementary School. (Address: No. 303, Fuxing Road, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City, 33066. Note for in-person delivery: Due to school building construction, the main entrance of Nanmen Elementary School is located at the intersection of Nanshan Street and Datong Road in Taoyuan District.) |
