| I. | In accordance with the official letter from the National Taiwan Normal University dated October 4, 110 (2021), No. Shida Mathematics Zi No. 1101025164. |
| II. | Workshop Objectives: |
| (1) | "4th Mathematics Activity Leader Training Workshop": This activity aims to train teachers to help students with insufficient mathematics learning preparation through fun, hands-on mathematics foundation activities, establishing their prerequisite experience for learning mathematics and increasing their willingness to learn. |
| (2) | "Mathematics Literacy-Oriented Teaching Workshop - Foundation Building into the Classroom Collaborative Preparation Workshop": This activity aims to cultivate the ability of junior and elementary school mathematics teachers in mathematics literacy-oriented teaching. It is expected to integrate the mathematics foundation building into the classroom module with the 12-year basic education mathematics curriculum, and to be conducted through curriculum planning practice, collaborative preparation, and discussion. This is to help junior and elementary school teachers effectively connect with the teaching of 12-year basic education, and to help students establish prerequisite experience for learning mathematics through fun mathematics activities, thereby increasing their willingness to learn and cultivating their mathematical literacy. |
| III. | Target Audience: Formal teachers, substitute teachers, and acting teachers in junior and elementary schools in this city. |
| IV. | Number of Participants: Divided into three groups: lower elementary grades, upper elementary grades, and junior high school. Each group can have up to three classes, with a principle of 28 participants per class, subject to adjustment based on registration status. |
| V. | Workshop Time and Location: |

| 1. | Time: October 23, 110 (Saturday), from 9:00 AM to 5:20 PM. |
| 2. | Location: Teaching and Research Building, Gongguan Campus, National Taiwan Normal University (No. 88, Section 4, Tingzhou Road, Wenshan District, Taipei City 116059). |
| (2) | "Mathematics Literacy-Oriented Teaching Workshop - Foundation Building into the Classroom Collaborative Preparation Workshop": |
| 1. | Time: October 24, 110 (Sunday), from 9:00 AM to 4:10 PM. |
| 2. | Location: Teaching and Research Building, Gongguan Campus, National Taiwan Normal University (No. 88, Section 4, Tingzhou Road, Wenshan District, Taipei City 116059). |
| VI. | Registration Method: |
| (1) | "4th Mathematics Activity Leader Training Workshop": Please fill out the registration form at the following URL (https://forms.gle/yEaDYZTepGbj7Q1AA) before 12:00 PM on October 15, 110 (Friday). Late submissions will not be accepted. |
| (2) | "Mathematics Literacy-Oriented Teaching Workshop - Foundation Building into the Classroom Collaborative Preparation Workshop": Please fill out the registration form at the following URL (https://forms.gle/aYiYLutZ88SEqPea7) before 12:00 PM on October 15, 110 (Friday). Late submissions will not be accepted. |
| VII. | Fee: No fees will be charged for this event. Lunch will be provided. Please arrange your own insurance, accommodation, and transportation. |
| VIII. | Certificate and Proof of Participation: |
| (1) | "4th Mathematics Activity Leader" Certificate: |
| 1. | Mathematics teachers who meet the above qualifications and participate in the "Mathematics Activity Leader" training organized by the National Taiwan Normal University Mathematics Education Center, complete all course content (must attend all modules in their group), and obtain certification will be awarded the "4th Mathematics Activity Leader" certificate for their group. |
| 2. | To ensure training quality, those who do not attend at least 2/3 of the module hours for their group may continue to audit the workshop courses but will not be awarded the "4th Mathematics Activity Leader" certificate. |
| 3. | Those who obtain the "4th Mathematics Activity Leader" qualification are eligible to apply for organizing the "Fun Math Camp." |
| (2) | "Foundation Building into the Classroom Collaborative Preparation Workshop" Certificate: |
| 1. | Mathematics teachers who meet the above qualifications and participate in the "Foundation Building into the Classroom Collaborative Preparation Workshop" training organized by the National Taiwan Normal University Mathematics Education Center, complete all course content (must attend all modules in their group), and obtain certification will be awarded the "Foundation Building into the Classroom Collaborative Preparation Workshop" certificate for their group. |
| 2. | To ensure training quality, those who do not attend at least 2/3 of the module hours for their group may continue to audit the workshop courses but will not be awarded the "Foundation Building into the Classroom Collaborative Preparation Workshop" certificate. |
| 3. | Those who obtain the "Foundation Building into the Classroom Collaborative Preparation Workshop" certificate are eligible to apply for the "Mathematics Foundation Building into the Classroom Teaching Practice" organized by the National Taiwan Normal University Mathematics Education Center. |
