Subject: The bureau is extending the submission deadline for the "110th Year Campus Localization Disaster Prevention Teaching Module" (Teaching Design and Execution Results) collection to October 29, 110 (Friday). Schools in our city that are implementing the Disaster Prevention Campus Basic Construction Project in the 110th year are required to register and submit their entries. Please be informed.
Description:  
I. This bureau's official letter of September 11, 110, No. 1100083310, is acknowledged.
II. Information regarding the event is as follows:
(I) Participants:
1. Schools in our city implementing the Disaster Prevention Campus Basic Construction Project in the 110th year (list attached as Appendix 1) are required to participate and submit their entries.
2. Teachers and disaster prevention education counseling group members from elementary and secondary schools in our city are encouraged to participate.
(II) Competition Rules: Each teaching plan submission is limited to 4 participants (must be from the same school). The theme and content of the work must be related to disaster prevention education, applicable to the 12-year compulsory education system (choose any grade level), and the teaching time design must be at least four class periods.
(III) Submission Deadline: Extended to 4:00 PM on October 29, 110 (Friday). Please submit directly to the Counseling Office of Yongfu Elementary School, Daxi District, Taoyuan City (for mailed submissions, the postmark date will be the basis).
(IV) Awards:
1. Outstanding (2 submissions): Awarded 1 commendation, 0.1 points for publication credit, and NT$5,000 in manuscript fees per submission.
2. Excellent (3 submissions): Awarded 1 certificate of merit, 0.1 points for publication credit, and NT$4,500 in manuscript fees per submission.
3. Honorable Mention (5 submissions): Awarded 1 certificate of merit, 0.1 points for publication credit, and NT$4,000 in manuscript fees per submission.
4. For award-winning works co-authored by two or more individuals, the manuscript fees and publication credit points will be divided equally among the authors. The issuance will be handled in accordance with the "Review Guidelines for Research Publication Credit for Educators in Senior High Schools and Below in Taoyuan City."
5. Manuscript fees will be calculated based on the actual word count of the teaching plan. The amounts listed above are the maximum manuscript fees for each award category and will be processed in accordance with the "Guidelines for the Issuance of Attendance and Manuscript Fees for Central Government Agencies and Schools."
