| I. | In accordance with the letter from National Dong Hwa University dated November 18, 110 (2021), reference number East Indigenous Knowledge and Cultural Studies Center Letter No. 1100022515. |
| II. | The activity, centered around food culture, will showcase diverse aspects such as curriculum practices, industries, and crafts, and share the curriculum achievements of various schools. It will also reflect on and discuss indigenous education issues in the pandemic era. Furthermore, it will extend the concept of "Culture is Curriculum, Knowledge is in Practice" by learning indigenous cultural knowledge and content through curriculum sharing and experiences. |
| III. | Activity details are as follows: |
| (1) | Activity Time: December 11, 110 (2021) (Saturday), from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. |
| (2) | Activity Location: College of Indigenous Studies, National Dong Hwa University (No. 1-45, Section 2, Daxue Road, Shoufeng Township, Hualien County). |
| (3) | Registration Method: Please complete your registration by December 3, 110 (2021) (Friday) at the registration system (https://reurl.cc/jga1Qn). |
