| 1. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's letter dated November 23, 110 (2021), Ref. No. 1100157783. |
| 2. | To promote the establishment of global education partnerships, the aforementioned seminar will invite representatives from five countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, providing a platform for future exchanges in international and bilingual education. |
| 3. | Details regarding the date and location of the seminar are as follows: |
| (1) | Time: November 30, 110 (2021) (Tuesday), from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM. |
| (2) | Location: Zhuozhang International Conference Hall, College of Education, National Chung Cheng University. |
| (3) | Format: Primarily in-person, with online live streaming. The live stream will be shared on the "Ministry of Education National and Junior High School Sister School Program" fan page. |
| 4. | Please forward this information to teachers who are interested in attending and register via the designated webpage (Registration URL: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScoX5Bjw9-RPz0uW1YJdybLVX1WtzX7rZgRBpeSu4O8fG7A_g/viewform). |
| 5. | This bureau approves official (duty) leave for attendees from public schools, provided that their teaching duties are covered and with school approval. Private schools are requested to grant official (duty) leave to attendees at their discretion. |
