| I. | This is handled in accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter dated November 23, 2021, No. Tai Shi Shi (4) Zi Di 1100158673. |
| II. | To assist teacher education universities in implementing educational internships and enhance their effectiveness, the Ministry of Education has commissioned NCUE to organize a sharing seminar. The relevant information is as follows: |
| (1) | Seminar Topic: |
| 1. | Promoting excellent educational internship guidance, supervision, and internship practices. |
| 2. | Strengthening the tripartite relationship among internship supervisors in teacher education universities, internship supervisors in educational internship institutions, and student interns. |
| 3. | Sharing practices for educational professional development, teaching activity design, and educational internship planning. |
| (2) | Seminar Time: December 8, 2021 (Wednesday), 1:00 PM to 5:10 PM. |
| (3) | Seminar Method: Google Meet online conference (the meeting link will be sent via email after registration is approved). |
| III. | The seminar will invite awardees of the "Excellent Educational Internship Award" for this year (2021) to share their experiences. We kindly request teacher education universities and educational administration authorities to actively recommend participants. Recommended individuals should complete the registration procedures within the deadline. Participants who attend the entire seminar will receive 4 hours of training credit. The seminar is also open for self-registration by current primary and secondary school teachers and pre-service teachers (including student interns). |
| IV. | The electronic version of the aforementioned plan has been posted on the "Excellent Educational Internship Award" website (https://eii.ncue.edu.tw/Practice/) and the National In-service Teacher Education Information Network.
