| Description: |
| I. | In accordance with the Taoyuan City Public High School Highlight Leap Program. |
| II. | To encourage junior high school students with excellent academic performance in the Basic Competency Test to enroll in the city's public high schools, the application qualifications for the outstanding scholarship program under the aforementioned plan are as follows: |
| (1) | Students must be registered residents of Taoyuan City and enrolled in one of the following 13 public high schools: Pingzhen, Shoushan, Yongfeng, Nankan, Dayuan International, Daxi, Guanyin, Xinwu, Yangmei, Longtan, Zhongli Commerce Vocational High School, Zhongli Home Economics Vocational High School, and Luofu High School. |
| (2) | Achieve 'Mastery' level (5A) in all five subjects of the Basic Competency Test. |
| (3) | If admitted through the non-examination admission channel, the enrolled public high school must be among the top three choices. |
| (4) | If more than 5 eligible applicants from each school apply, priority for scholarship distribution will be determined by the total score points from the Basic Competency Test. |
| (5) | Eligibility for continued scholarship: In the previous academic year, the student's overall academic performance was within the top 5% of the entire school or the specific department/major. |
| III. | Each school can award scholarships to a maximum of 5 students per academic year. Each recipient will receive NT$600,000 (hereinafter the same), paid over three years with NT$200,000 disbursed annually. If a student transfers or withdraws mid-term, the scholarship must be repaid. |
| IV. | Eligible students can apply to the public high school they have been admitted to (total of 13 schools). |
