| Details: |
| 1. | The registration period for the aforementioned certification is from April 11 to June 10, 2022. The first certification date is September 3 (Saturday), and the second certification date is September 25 (Sunday). For registration methods, please search for "2022 Hakka Language Proficiency Certification" (https://reurl.cc/kVNDpr). |
| 2. | The bureau has established incentive measures for Hakka language certification, which are as follows: |
| (1) | 2022 Taoyuan City Government Hakka Affairs Bureau's Implementation Plan for Encouraging Group Registration for Hakka Language Proficiency Certification: |
| 1. | Groups of 10 or more people registering together will receive subsidies for registration fees, meals, and miscellaneous expenses. |
| 2. | Groups of 15 or more people registering together will receive subsidies for registration fees, meals, transportation (up to NT$8,000 per tour bus), work expenses, insurance, and miscellaneous expenses. |
| 3. | Applications are due by June 17, 2022 (Friday), postmark date applies. |
| (2) | 2022 Taoyuan City Hakka Language Proficiency Certification Group Registration Incentive Plan: |
| 1. | Each unit is limited to registering one group, with a minimum of 15 people per group. Each person is limited to participating in one group, and the examination location must be within Taoyuan. |
| 2. | There are two incentive mechanisms for group registration: "Registration Numbers Competition" and "Pass Rate Competition," with a maximum reward of NT$10,000 in gift certificates. |
| 3. | Applications are due by July 10, 2022 (Sunday). |
| (3) | Points to Note for Subsidizing Public Participation in Hakka Language Proficiency Certification: |
| 1. | Residents of Taoyuan City who pass the beginner-level certification can apply for a NT$1,000 reward. |
| 2. | Applications should be submitted to the district office of your household registration within 30 days of receiving the certificate of qualification. |
| (4) | Points to Note for Encouraging Employees of Government Agencies, Schools, and Enterprises under this Administration to Improve Hakka Language Proficiency: |
| 1. | Employees of this administration who participate in the beginner-level Hakka language proficiency certification may take official leave or compensatory leave. Those who pass can apply for a NT$1,000 gift certificate and receive commendation. |
| 2. | Applications should be submitted to the respective agencies, schools, or enterprises within 2 months of receiving the certificate of qualification, and will be processed by the respective agencies, schools, or enterprises according to their authority. |
| (5) | 2022 Taoyuan City Government Implementation Plan for Promoting Hakka Language Workshops: |
| 1. | Workshop categories: Practical Hakka Workshop, Hakka Certification Workshop, Hakka Certification Executive Workshop. |
| 2. | Target audience and number of participants: Generally adults. Each applying unit should recruit at least 15 participants. |
| 3. | Upon application by the unit, the bureau will arrange for instructors to teach at the designated location. |
| (6) | The aforementioned rewards (reward for citizens and gift certificates for employees) cannot be applied for repeatedly. |
