Dear parents: According to the latest suspension of classes regulations from the Ministry of Education, all high schools, vocational high schools, junior high schools, elementary schools, kindergartens, and cram schools nationwide will suspend in-person classes for 7 days if 1/3 or more of the classes in the entire school, or 10 or more classes in the entire school, are affected. 3 分之 1 以上班級或全校達 10 班以上班級暫停實體課程 7 天。

• Reason for suspension: Our school has reached the threshold of 10 or more classes suspended on May 2nd (Monday). 5/2(一)停課班級數已達 10 班以上。

• Suspension period: May 3rd (Tuesday) to May 9th (Monday), a total of seven days. The school will resume in-person classes on May 10th (Tuesday).05/03(二)～05/09(一)共七日，全校復課日為05/10(二)

• Important notes

• 1. Learning will continue during the suspension period through online classes for each respective class. The implementation of online teaching is as follows:

(一)Before 7:45 AM daily, students should log in to the "Campus Online Learning Account" (Account: 7th grade - student ID 6 digits @tyjh.tyc.edu.tw; 8th and 9th grade - student ID 6 digits @gm.tyjh.tyc.edu.tw) to connect to the class Google Meet for online morning self-study and report their personal health status to their homeroom teacher.(7點45分)前以【校園線上學習帳號】(帳號：七年級─學號6碼@tyjh.tyc.edu.tw；八、九年級─學號6碼@gm.tyjh.tyc.edu.tw))連結【班級Google Meet】，進行線上早自習，並向導師回報學生個人健康情形。

       (三)Students should log in on time according to the school's daily class schedule for the first to seventh periods.

       (四)Parents are requested to pay attention to their children's learning and homework completion at home.

       (五)For students who have difficulty with online learning at home, if a device is needed, parents can visit the Academic Affairs Office to borrow one during office hours within the suspension period.

• 2. During the suspension period, parents are urged to maintain close contact with homeroom teachers. Seek medical attention immediately if feeling unwell. If the doctor's diagnosis is related to the epidemic, please notify the school by contacting the homeroom teacher immediately. Students should also practice self-health management at home.

• 3. Due to the evolving epidemic situation, please stay in contact with homeroom teachers and pay attention to the latest information on the school website.

• 4. Given the current severe epidemic situation, all students are required to strictly adhere to epidemic prevention regulations. For any questions, please contact your homeroom teacher or the relevant office.

• 5. Regarding fees already collected during the suspension period, such as lunch fees, refunds or other arrangements will be announced after classes resume.
