| 1. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. TAI-JIAO-GUO-ZI-1110036253, dated April 20, 2022. |
| 2. | The Ministry of Education aims to recognize teachers in public and private senior high schools and below across the nation for integrating marine education topics into various subject areas. It encourages teachers to form inter-school and interdisciplinary professional learning communities and engage in innovative interdisciplinary marine education teaching to enhance students' marine literacy. Therefore, this implementation plan is proposed to inspire excellent teachers and foster cohesion among outstanding teams. |
| 3. | Key points of the aforementioned implementation plan are as follows (please refer to the attachment for details): |
| (1) | Eligibility: Public and private senior high schools nationwide. Each school is limited to one team, and each team should consist of 3 to 6 teachers. |
| (2) | Categories: The selection will be divided into three groups: elementary school, junior high school, and senior high/vocational school, with separate evaluations for each group. |
| (3) | Registration Method: |
| 1. | Non-inter-school teams: Submit the application form (as detailed in the attachment), along with hard copies and a CD of relevant documents, to the Bureau for processing by June 10, 2021 (Friday). |
| 2. | Inter-school teams (each team composed of 2 or more schools of the same level): Register directly with the Taiwan Marine Education Center at National Taiwan Ocean University. |
