| Description: |
| I. | In accordance with the "Key Points for the Establishment and Operation of the Central Curriculum and Teaching Guidance Consultant Teacher Team" by the Ministry of Education's National and Preschool Education Administration, and the official letter No. 1110057549 dated May 3, 111. |
| II. | The selection matters for the case are summarized as follows: |
| (I) | Selection Qualifications: Teachers must be currently qualified teachers in junior or elementary schools, with at least five years of teaching experience and at least three years of experience as a part-time consultant for a municipal or county/city guidance team, or at least two years of experience as a full-time consultant for a municipal or county/city guidance team. Those with special qualifications (e.g., power teachers) or conditions may have their years of service in municipal or county/city guidance teams shortened at the discretion of the administration. |
| (II) | Units eligible to recommend Central Team teachers to the National Education Administration: |
| 1. | Municipal or county/city government education bureaus (departments). |
| 2. | National Education Administration's guidance groups for various subjects/curricula/issues. |
| 3. | Current Central Team teachers. |
| (III) | Selection Criteria: |
| 1. | Professional competence for serving as a Central Team teacher (ability to understand and interpret educational policies, problem awareness and diagnostic skills, teaching supervision and evaluation skills, teaching innovation and research skills, organizational management and leadership skills, etc.). |
| 2. | Expertise in specialized academic fields (subject knowledge, familiarity with curriculum design and materials, teaching methods, etc.). |
| 3. | Personal qualities (enthusiasm for service, willingness to engage with people, good communication skills, reflective thinking, rational thinking, and teamwork, etc.). |
| (IV) | Recommendation Method: |
| 1. | Recommendation Period: From now until May 18, 111 (Wednesday). All recommendations must be submitted by mail. |
| 2. | The National Education Administration will conduct an initial review to determine if the recommended individuals meet the basic qualifications. The results and subsequent selection matters will be announced on the "Ministry of Education National and Junior High School Curriculum and Teaching Resources Integration Platform" (hereinafter referred to as CIRN) before May 25, 111 (Wednesday). |
| (V) | Important Schedule for Selection Process: |
| 1. | Selection Date: May 30, 111 (Monday), to be conducted via video conference. |
| 2. | Announcement Date: The list of selected and reserve candidates will be announced on CIRN before June 8, 111 (Wednesday). The official list of selected candidates will be sent out after the announcement. |
| (VI) | To prevent teachers' participation in Central Team affairs from affecting school duties, please communicate with your service school before applying. Applications will only be accepted after obtaining the principal's consent and ensuring that the teacher will be exempt from homeroom duties during the service academic year. |
| (VII) | The National Education Administration will appoint Central Team teachers based on the selection results and issue appointment letters. The appointment period will generally be for one academic year. The National Education Administration may extend the appointment for another academic year based on the performance of the Central Team teachers. For those Central Team teachers who perform exceptionally well during their service, their respective school principals will also receive commendations. |
| (VIII) | The initial team meeting for the 111 academic year will be held from August 8, 111 (Monday) to August 12, 111 (Friday) at the Sanxia Campus of the National Academy for Educational Research. New Central Team members must attend the entire session; failure to do so will result in disqualification from appointment. |
| III. | The operation of the Central Curriculum and Teaching Guidance Consultant Teacher Team, as well as the rights, obligations, and evaluations of Central Team teachers, shall be governed by the "Key Points for the Establishment and Operation of the Central Curriculum and Teaching Guidance Consultant Teacher Team of the Ministry of Education's National and Preschool Education Administration." Please refer to it for details. |
| IV. | For those who wish to be recommended by this bureau to participate in the selection, please prepare the relevant documents and submit them in person to the designated contact person in the Junior High School Education Section of this bureau by 5:00 PM on May 13, 111 (Friday), to facilitate the subsequent recommendation process. |
