| I. | According to the official letter from National Taiwan Normal University dated May 13, 2022, reference number 1111013200. |
| II. | The "2022 Hakka Language Proficiency Certification (Beginner Level)" is scheduled to be held nationwide on September 3, 2022 (Saturday) and September 25, 2022 (Sunday). This year, there will also be multiple testing sessions held monthly and on-site testing services for schools. For the examination syllabus and registration information, please visit the "Hakka Language Proficiency Certification (Beginner Level)" website (https://hakka.sce.ntnu.edu.tw/hakka). |
| III. | The "2022 Hakka Language Proficiency Certification (Intermediate and Advanced Levels)" and "2022 Hakka Language Proficiency Certification (Proficiency Level)" are scheduled to be held concurrently on October 1, 2022 (Saturday). For registration information, please pay attention to the announcements on the "Hakka Language Proficiency Certification (Intermediate and Advanced Levels)" website (https://hakka.sce.ntnu.edu.tw/hakka_high). |
| IV. | For the aforementioned Hakka Language Proficiency Certifications (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced, and Proficiency Levels), applicants under 19 years of age are exempt from the registration fee. Applicants over 19 years of age will be charged a registration fee of NT$250. |
| V. | Attached are the official letter from National Taiwan Normal University and the electronic files of this year's certification promotional posters. Printed promotional posters will be mailed later. We kindly request your assistance in posting the posters and linking to the official website on your unit's website. |
