| Subject: | To inform you that the Ministry of Education's National and Preschool Education Administration has commissioned National Taiwan Normal University to organize the 111th "Cool English Speaking Master" competition rules. Please encourage your students to actively register and participate. Details are as follows. Please be informed. |

| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's National and Preschool Education Administration's letter dated May 31, 111 (Tai Jiao Guo Shu Guo Zi No. 1110068388). |
| II. | To enhance the English speaking abilities of elementary and junior high school students nationwide, the Ministry of Education's National and Preschool Education Administration has commissioned National Taiwan Normal University to build the "Cool English Online Learning Platform" - "Speech Recognition" section. This section offers question types such as conversation practice, basic pronunciation exercises, and phrase practice, helping students to speak English in a fun and engaging way and build a solid foundation for English conversation. The competition questions are derived from the "Immersive Experience" and "Learning English with Animation" sections of the platform, with some questions slightly extended and modified to increase difficulty and richness. We encourage elementary and junior high school students nationwide to continue using the speaking section materials on this website to improve their English speaking skills, and thus, we are organizing the "Cool English Speaking Master" competition. |
| III. | The event will run from August 8, 111 (00:00) to September 9, 111 (23:59). The competition adopts a pre-registration, then answer system. Participants must complete the registration form accurately before entering the answering section. (The end time of the event will be based on the last answering time displayed on the platform's website). |
| IV. | Participants include students in grades 3-6 of public and private elementary schools in this city (Elementary School Group) and students in grades 7-9 of junior high schools (Junior High School Group). For detailed information, please refer to the competition rules. |
