| I. | In accordance with the bureau's letter dated March 11, 111, No. 11100203462. |
| II. | In order to enhance teachers' professional knowledge in disaster prevention education, integrate disaster prevention education into various subject curricula, and establish and strengthen strategic alliance partnerships with schools to form resource sharing, this workshop is specially organized. |

| 1. | Basic construction schools for campus disaster prevention in the city for the 111th year (please be sure to attend both workshop sessions). The list of schools is attached. |
| 2. | Teachers from elementary and secondary schools in the city and members of the city's disaster prevention education guidance group are encouraged to register and participate. |
| (2) | First Workshop: "Campus Localized Disaster Prevention Education Teaching Design" Northern Region Workshop |
| 1. | Time: July 5, 111 (Tuesday), 8:40 AM to 12:00 PM. |
| 2. | Location: 4th Floor, Medium Conference Room, Jiande Elementary School, Taoyuan City. |
| 3. | Lecturers: Teacher Chi Rong-wei from Wenhua Elementary School, Section Chief Hou Yu-han from Wai She Elementary School, Director Shi Xiao-chun from Xiayun Elementary School. |
| 4. | Panelists: Principal Wu Ming-fang from Jiande Elementary School, Principal Wei Ji-hong from Shandong Elementary School, Inspector Wang Guo-xiong from the Bureau of Education. |
| (3) | Second Workshop: "Campus Localized Disaster Prevention Education Teaching Design" Southern Region Workshop |
| 1. | Time: July 8, 111 (Friday), 8:40 AM to 12:00 PM. |
| 2. | Location: 4th Floor, Classroom A, Pingzhen Senior High School, Taoyuan City. |
| 3. | Lecturers: Teacher Lu Qi-ying from Renhe Elementary School, Director Zhuang Wei-ying and Teacher Xu Chen-wei from Zhongpu Elementary School, Teacher Hou Yu-ya from Gaoyuan Elementary School. |
| 4. | Panelists: Principal Xu Da-chuan from Yongan Elementary School, Principal Lin Zhi-zhan from Gaoyuan Elementary School, Principal Chen Zhi-qi from Lunping Elementary School, Inspector Wang Guo-xiong from the Bureau of Education. |
| (4) | Registration Method: Please register directly on the City's Education Development Resource Portal (search for Organizer: Yongfu Elementary School). |
| IV. | The bureau agrees to grant official (business) leave registration for the personnel involved in this project and participants, provided that their teaching duties are covered and no substitute teacher fees are incurred. |
