| 1. | In accordance with the letter from our bureau, No. 1100115013, dated December 16, 110, and the letter from Xinwu Elementary School, Xinwu District, our city, No. 1110003845, dated June 8, 111. |
| 2. | The information for the aforementioned activity is summarized below (details in the plan): |
| (1) | Training dates and format: The training will be conducted online from July 11, 111 (Monday) to July 13, 111 (Wednesday). |
| (2) | Participants: Those who meet one of the following two conditions: |
| 1. | Hold a valid certificate for teaching support staff issued by our city. |
| 2. | Hold a Hakka language teaching support staff certificate issued by the Ministry of Education in 91 or commissioned by the Ministry of Education in our city in 97. |
| (3) | Registration method and deadline: Registration is by mail. Please complete the registration form and attach relevant documents, and mail them by registered post to the Academic Affairs Office of Xinwu Elementary School, our city (Address: No. 196, Zhongzheng Road, Xinwu District, Taoyuan City, 332750) before June 27, 111 (Monday). |
| (4) | Number of participants and list of admitted participants: 50 participants will be admitted (admission order is based on postmark, and registration will close once full). The list of admitted participants will be announced on the Xinwu Elementary School website before June 29, 111 (Wednesday). |
| 3. | Personnel attending this event are requested to be granted official leave by your school. |
