| Subject: | To inform you about the "Online Synchronous Teaching Observation" workshop information for the Ministry of Education's 111 School Principal and Teacher Professional Development Support Platform, please be informed. |
| Explanation: |
| I. | In accordance with the "Taipei Municipal University of Education's Letter No. 1116016212 dated June 17, 111". |
| II. | In order to enable primary and secondary school principals and teachers to understand the content and application of the "Online Synchronous Teaching Observation Form", a practical workshop will be held. Relevant forms can be downloaded from the "Preparation, Observation, Discussion Materials Zone" / "Online Observation Materials Zone" under "Frequently Used Links" on the homepage of the School Principal and Teacher Professional Development Support Platform. |
| III. | Taipei Municipal University of Education will hold 6 online synchronous teaching observation form practical workshops (maximum 230 participants per session). |
| IV. | The practical workshops will be conducted via "online" video conferencing. The times for each session are as follows: |

| V. | Eligibility and registration methods are as follows: |
| (1) | Target Audience: Interested principals and teachers. |
| (2) | Please fill in the relevant information in the Google Form 3 days before the deadline for each session. URL: https://forms.gle/RDjUBeRjqTnKq7uK7. |
| VI. | The bureau agrees that participants attending the workshop will be granted official leave. |
