| 2. | The Hakka Affairs Bureau of this government promotes local language education, strengthens Hakka inheritance, and encourages students in public and private high schools and below in this city to improve their Hakka speaking skills. |
| 3. | Competition details are as follows: |
| (1) | Competition Dates: |
| 1. | Student Group Preliminary Round Dates: Saturday, September 17, 111 (2022) and Sunday, September 18, 111 (2022). |
| 2. | Student Group Final Round Dates: Saturday, October 22, 111 (2022) and Sunday, October 23, 111 (2022). |
| (2) | Location: National Central University, College of Education Building (No. 300, Zhongda Road, Zhongli District, Taoyuan City). |
| (3) | Registration Period: Friday, July 1, 111 (2022) to Thursday, September 8, 111 (2022). |
| (4) | Categories: Divided into Toddler Parent-Child Group, Elementary School Lower, Middle, and Upper Grades, Hakka Situational Storytelling Elementary School Group, Hakka Situational Storytelling Junior High School Group, Junior High School Group, and High School Pilot Group, totaling 8 groups. |
| (5) | The draw for the preliminary round performance order for the student group is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, September 14, 111 (2022) at the Taoyuan Hakka Culture Hall. |
| (6) | The draw for the final round performance order for the student group is tentatively scheduled for Monday, September 19, 111 (2022) at the Taoyuan Hakka Culture Hall. |
| (7) | Awards: |
| 1. | All participants who complete the competition will receive a promotional item. |
| 2. | Those who advance to the preliminary round finals will receive gift certificates equivalent to NT$600 and a printed award certificate. |
| 3. | The top 3 winners in the final round will receive gift certificates equivalent to NT$6,000, NT$4,000, and NT$2,000 respectively; Excellence Award winners will receive NT$1,000; and Superior Award winners will receive NT$600, along with a printed award certificate. |
| 4. | Those who do not win any rankings or awards will also receive an award certificate. |
| 5. | All participants in the Toddler Parent-Child Group will receive an award certificate. |
