| 1. | Based on the official letter from Daan Elementary School in Bade District, Taoyuan City (hereinafter referred to as Daan Elementary School) dated September 25, 114, with reference number An Xiao Fu Zi No. 1140006493. |
| 2. | The schedule for the aforementioned project activities is as follows: |
| (1) | Submission Deadline: From now until Friday, October 31, 114, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. Please deliver or mail (postmark as proof) directly to the Academic Affairs Office of Daan Elementary School (638 Heping Road, Daan Village, Bade District, Taoyuan City 33465, extension 210). |
| (2) | Submission Methods: |
| 1. | Self-assessment form for indigenous language teaching guidance and visitation (required for all schools). |
| 2. | Recommendation form for outstanding indigenous language teachers and teaching support staff, teaching portfolio, and related materials. For environmental protection reasons, please upload electronic files as attachments to the form (https://forms.gle/ct31RBXH1JAyGy1a8). No need to send CDs. |
| 3. | The selection results will be announced on the homepage of the Bureau's website (https://www.tyc.edu.tw/) under "Latest News." |
| 4. | Attached is the "Implementation Plan for Taoyuan City's 114th Academic Year Promotion of Indigenous Language Teaching Guidance and Visitation, and Selection of Outstanding Indigenous Language Teachers and Teaching Support Staff." |
