| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the National Taiwan Normal University (hereinafter referred to as NTNU) dated October 20, 114 (NTNU Math Letter No. 1141029368). |
| 2. | Workshop Objectives: To foster students' interest and foundational experience in learning mathematics through engaging activities, especially for those who may be less prepared. |
| 3. | Organizer: Ministry of Education, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. |
| 4. | Target Audience: Full-time, substitute, and temporary teachers in elementary and junior high schools. |
| 5. | Number of Participants: Divided into three groups: lower elementary, upper elementary, and junior high. Each group will have one class, with a general limit of 36 participants per class, subject to adjustment based on registration numbers. |
| 6. | Workshop Time and Location: November 22, 114 (Saturday), from 9:00 AM to 4:20 PM at Lequn Elementary School, Kaohsiung City (No. 61, Yule Road, Qianzhen District, Kaohsiung City). |
| 7. | Registration Method: Please complete the registration form by 12:00 PM on November 12, 114 (Wednesday) at the following URL: https://forms.gle/kqHvuNuw5waKh56UA. Late registrations will not be accepted. |
| 8. | Fees: This event is free of charge and includes lunch. However, participants are responsible for their own insurance, accommodation, and transportation costs. |
| 9. | Certificate and Proof of Participation: |
| (1) | Mathematics teachers who meet the above qualifications and complete all course content to obtain certification will be awarded the "Mathematics Activity Facilitator" certificate for their respective group in this session. |
| (2) | To ensure training quality, participants who do not attend at least 2/3 of the module course hours for this session may audit the workshop sessions but will not receive a certificate. |
| (3) | Only those who obtain the "Mathematics Activity Facilitator" qualification in this session are eligible to apply for "Mathematics Literacy Teaching Practice." |
