| Instructions: |
| I. | Based on the official letter from Taoyuan Education Bureau, Elementary and Secondary Education Division, dated September 22, 114 (Republic of China calendar), No. 1140091556. |
| II. | Eligibility: Teachers from all public elementary and junior high schools in the city are welcome to register and submit their entries. Each entry is limited to a joint creation by one to four authors (they do not need to be from the same school), and each person is limited to three entries. |
| III. | Important Schedule: |
| (1) | Submission Deadline: From now until February 26, 115 (Thursday). |
| (2) | Review Period: March 11, 115 (Wednesday). |
| (3) | Results Announcement and Sharing Session: March 25, 115 (Wednesday) 13:00-17:30. |
| IV. | Awards: |
| (1) | The number of award-winning entries and award details are as follows: |
| 1. | Special Award: 2 entries will be selected, with authors receiving NT$5,000 in gift certificates and a certificate of award. |
| 2. | Excellent Award: 3 entries will be selected, with authors receiving NT$4,000 in gift certificates and a certificate of award. |
| 3. | First Class Award: 4 entries will be selected, with authors receiving NT$2,000 in gift certificates and a certificate of award. |
| 4. | Meritorious Award: 3 entries will be selected, with authors receiving NT$1,000 in gift certificates and a certificate of award. |
| (2) | Awards may be withheld if entries do not meet the required standard. In the case of joint creations, the gift certificates will be divided equally among the authors. |
| (3) | In accordance with the "Implementation Guidelines for Awarding Gifts and Gift Certificates in Agencies and Schools under the Taoyuan City Government," the number of awards granted in gift or gift certificate form shall not exceed 20% of the total number of participants (or groups). |
| V. | Submission Method: |
| (1) | For hard copy documents, please seal them in an envelope and clearly indicate the work title, category, participating unit, and author(s) on the envelope. Submit (mail) them to the Student Affairs Office of Hua Xun Elementary School, Taoyuan City, before the submission deadline. | (2) | For electronic files, please name the file as School Name-Participant Name-Work Title, e.g., Hua Xun Elementary School-Liu Qiongwen-Native Language Work Collection. Email the file to wendyliu@hses.tyc.edu.tw. After submitting the electronic file, please call or email Director Liu at the Student Affairs Office of Hua Xun Elementary School to confirm receipt. |
