| 1. | In accordance with the document No. 1140107938 issued by Taoyuan Education Bureau on October 30, 114. |
| 2. | According to the aforementioned activity plan, registration was open from November 1 to November 19, 114. The response was very enthusiastic. As per Article 9, Paragraph 3 of the plan, the total number of participants is limited to 45. If the number of applicants exceeds this limit, participants will be admitted based on the order of registration. This is hereby stated. |
| 3. | Based on the above, 45 participants have been admitted to this activity in order of registration, as shown in the attachment. Please assist in notifying the admitted participants. As the activity is exciting and free of charge, and has attracted many participants, please confirm that the admitted participants will attend as scheduled. If unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, to avoid affecting the rights and interests of waitlisted participants, please inform us by 12:00 PM on December 2, 114 (Tuesday) so that we can proceed with the waitlist arrangements. |
