| I. | Public Television has long been concerned with human rights issues and hopes to use the power of media to promote human rights education in schools. PTS Kids has developed the "Campus Bystanders" human rights board game on the "PTS Kids Educational Resources Network" to guide students in discussing, thinking about, and understanding the importance of "respecting differences" through shared scenarios. |
| II. | Since the launch of the "PTS MOVE Human Rights Board Game On-Site Service" program, we have continuously conducted teacher training sessions in schools across Taiwan. We are grateful for the enthusiastic applications and participation from schools and teachers nationwide. This program combines the "Campus Bystanders" board game experience with an introduction to PTS Kids' audio-visual content, helping teachers guide students in diverse ways to face conflicts and understand human rights issues. |
| III. | To further promote human rights education in secondary schools, the "PTS MOVE Human Rights Board Game "Campus Bystanders" Teacher Training / In-Class Teaching On-Site Service" program will be launched in 2026. Junior high, senior high, and vocational schools interested in promoting human rights education are welcome to apply, and we will work together to promote human rights education in schools. |
| IV. | On-Site Service Program Details: |
| (I) | Choose one of the following course formats: Board Game Teacher Training Course / In-Class Teaching Demonstration and Discussion Workshop. |
| 1. | Board Game Teacher Training: The course includes an introduction to the human rights education promotion plan, an introduction and experience of the "Campus Bystanders" human rights board game, extended discussion and reflection on the cards, and an introduction to PTS Kids' human rights audio-visual content. |
| 2. | In-Class Teaching Demonstration and Discussion Workshop: This course consists of two stages. The first stage is an in-class teaching demonstration where students experience the board game firsthand, allowing teachers to observe and engage in extended discussion and reflection on the cards. The second stage is for teachers only and includes an introduction to PTS Kids' human rights audio-visual resources and a detailed explanation of the board game's teaching methods (teachers who did not attend the observation can also participate). Schools applying for this program are requested to arrange a demonstration class and a venue for the discussion workshop. |
| (II) | Course Length: Each session is three hours. |
| (III) | This program will arrange for one human rights board game instructor. |
| (IV) | Complimentary board game (details in the application guidelines). |
| V. | Application Information: |
| (I) | Application Period: December 5, 2025 ~ December 30, 2025, until 2:00 PM. |
| (II) | Eligibility: Junior high schools, senior high schools, and vocational high schools are welcome to apply as a school unit. |
| (III) | Application Fee: Free. (Instructor fees, instructor travel expenses, and board game costs are all covered by PTS Kids). |
