115 Academic Year Teaching Visiting Program—Recruiting Host Schools and Visiting Teachers

| Subject: | Attached is the implementation plan for the "115 Academic Year Teaching Visiting Teacher Program—Recruitment of Host Schools and Teaching Visiting Teachers" organized by the Ministry of Education's National Academy for Educational Research (hereinafter referred to as the NAER). Please be informed. |

| 1. | In accordance with the NAER's letter No. 1140128468 dated December 1, 114. |
| 2. | To promote teaching exchange and experience sharing between schools in general areas and remote areas, and to assist in educational innovation in remote areas, the NAER has been organizing the "Teaching Visiting Teacher Program" (hereinafter referred to as the Program) since the 105 academic year. To enable formal teachers from general areas (including non-mountainous and non-urban areas) and remote schools interested in participating in the Program to understand its content, information sessions on the implementation of this Program are being held. |
| 3. | The information sessions for the aforementioned Program will be conducted online. The schedule and meeting links for each session are detailed in the attached document. Schools interested in participating should register at the designated webpage (registration URL: https://forms.gle/U9gZfArvvmyiCKzZ8) at least 3 days before the start of each session. |
| 4. | Your school is requested to grant official leave to attending personnel within its authority. Any resulting teaching vacancies may be filled by hiring substitute teachers and their hourly wages can be paid from the school's budget under "Personnel Expenses"—"Employment and Part-time Personnel Salaries"—"Remuneration for Part-time Personnel." If there is any shortfall, this bureau will provide subsidies for insufficient substitute teacher hourly wages. It is also requested that relevant school personnel receive expenses without double-dipping. |
