From 2019 to 2021, the "Family Well-being" - National Civil Servant Group Accidental Insurance, after a public selection process by the Directorate-General of Personnel, Executive Yuan, was awarded to China Life Insurance Co., Ltd. Colleagues are welcome to refer to and utilize this service.
Details:
1. In accordance with the Directorate-General of Personnel, Executive Yuan's (hereinafter referred to as the Personnel Directorate-General) letter dated February 1, 2019,
No. 10800261972, with a copy of the original letter and its attachments enclosed.
2. The "Family Well-being" - National Civil Servant Group Accidental Insurance (hereinafter referred to as this
insurance) was underwritten by China Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China
Life) until March 31, 2019. After a new public selection process by the Personnel Directorate-General,
the company was selected to continue providing services. The service period will be from April 1, 2019,
00:00 to March 31, 2021, 24:00, for a period of 2 years.
3. Related notes:
(1) This insurance is offered by insurance companies that are legally registered and willing to provide preferential terms,
and are referred to civil servants. The insurance benefit funds are to be raised by the underwriting insurance com-
pany itself, while the insurance premiums are to be fully borne by the insured. The Personnel Directorate-General
and the Taoyuan City Government shall not be responsible for any subsidies.
(2) Any disputes arising from this insurance shall be handled in accordance with the Civil Code, Insurance Act, and relevant laws
and regulations. The Personnel Directorate-General and the Taoyuan City Government will not be involved in the resolution.
(3) For enrollment procedures, please contact China Life directly. This insurance is underwritten by the company at its own risk.
The company will assess each insured's conditions, and therefore, the company
reserves the final right to approve or reject the underwriting for this insurance.
