For your information, attached is the implementation plan for the Taoyuan City Government's 2019 "Cherish Women" and "Cherish Fathers" on-site health check activities. All colleagues are welcome to participate.

Details:

1. To encourage colleagues to prioritize self-health management, the Taoyuan City Government has partnered with the Far Eastern Memorial Hospital (a medical center) of the Yuan T. Lee Memorial Foundation for on-site health check activities in 2019. The first session will be held on March 8, 2019, from 8 AM to 12 PM in the 4th-floor auditorium of the Taoyuan District Office.

2. On the day of the event, discounted health check packages will be available for NT$3,500 and NT$500.

Free screening items from the National Health Administration, such as cervical cancer screening and mammography, will also be provided

(eligibility based on age). In conjunction with International Women's Day on March 8th,

we remind our female colleagues to cherish themselves and prioritize their health. Participants who undergo cervical cancer screening or mammography on the event day will receive a complimentary gift.

3. This event is open to all colleagues of the Taoyuan City Government's affiliated agencies and schools (including civil servants,

contracted employees, technicians, laborers, drivers, sanitation workers, survey assistants, and temporary staff). Both male and female civil servants can participate in each session.

Employee dependents are also eligible for the same discounts. Additionally, those who qualify for the Taoyuan City Government's 2019 health check subsidy

may submit their payment receipts to their respective agencies or schools to apply for the health check subsidy.

4. Colleagues or employee dependents interested in participating in the "Cherish Women" on-site health check activity should register with the Personnel Office by February 25, 2019,
