Details:
1. In accordance with the "Key Points for Transfer of Medical Personnel Positions in the Bureau of Education and its Affiliated Schools of Taoyuan City Government" (Attachment 1).
2. The transfer procedures are as follows:
(1) Schools with vacant nursing positions: A total of 18 schools, including Yangguang Junior High School, Dazhu Elementary School, Xinyi Elementary School, Xinjie Elementary School, Tongde Junior High School, Pingzhen Junior High School, Qingxi Junior High School, Zhuangjing Elementary School, Zhongping Elementary School, Zhongyuan Elementary School, Pingzhen High School, Dayuan High School, Guanyin High School, Dayuan Elementary School, Chang Gung Elementary School, Beimen Elementary School, Delong Elementary School, and Zhongxing Elementary School.
(2) Schools with vacant nutritionist positions: A total of 8 schools, including Jinxing Elementary School, Linsen Elementary School, Xingguo Elementary School, Futai Elementary School, Zhongyuan Elementary School, Xinjie Elementary School, Dayou Elementary School, and Daxi Elementary School.
(3) Application for transfer and qualification review:
1. Location and Date: Jianguo Elementary School (Address: No. 95 Kunming Road, Taoyuan District), Taoyuan City, on March 13, 108, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The deadline for submitting missing documents is 3:00 PM on the same day (13th).
2. Applications for transfer and qualification review can be submitted in person or by proxy. If submitting by proxy, a power of attorney (Attachment 2), the principal's national ID card, and the proxy's identification documents (original national ID card, health insurance card with photo, driver's license, or passport, all within their validity period) must be presented.
3. Applicants should, in accordance with the aforementioned key points, submit the qualification scoring sheet (Attachment 3), with the initial qualification score verified and approved by the head of their service unit. All relevant supporting documents (see the list of documents for qualification review, Attachment 3) should be prepared and submitted to the site for the transfer application and qualification review. After the qualification determination results are confirmed, the applicant (or their proxy) must sign the confirmation sheet for the qualification determination results.
4. "Recent three years' performance evaluations, awards, and commendations" in the qualification scoring sheet refer to the performance evaluations from 105 to 107 and awards/commendations after March 12, 105. Merit-based evaluations will not be counted for points (if the 107 performance evaluation has not yet been finalized, applicants may request their service unit to issue a relevant certificate in advance). "Years of service" will be calculated up to March 12, 108.
5. For the "Points for Reasons for Applying for Position Transfer" (items 1 to 7) in the qualification scoring sheet, a household registration transcript (including detailed entries) or a new household registration book (including detailed entries) issued within the last month (after February 13, 108) that sufficiently proves the reason for the transfer application must be submitted to be eligible for points. For item 8, "other reasons" for applying for position transfer, no supporting documents are required.
6. Applicants should present the original and photocopies (front and back) of all documents listed in the "List of Documents for Qualification Review." Originals will be returned after verification, and photocopies will be retained. Applications submitted with only photocopies will not be accepted for review. Photocopies should be marked or stamped as "Verified against original" and signed or sealed.
3. 4. After the position transfer is completed, the transferred personnel should follow the relevant regulations for transfer and assignment. Vacant positions in the original service units will be filled through a joint recruitment process organized by the Bureau. Each school should hire temporary staff according to the "Employment Principles for Temporary Nursing Staff in Taoyuan Municipal Schools" and the "Notes on Temporary Staffing in Government Agencies" until the positions are filled.

託他人辦理者應檢具委託書(附件2)、委託人國民身分
證及受委託人身分證明文件正本(國民身分證或附有照
片之全民健康保險卡或駕駛執照或護照,且均在有效
期限內之證件),始可受理遷調申請及資績審查。
3、申請人應依前揭要點規定,檢附資績評分表(附件3),
由服務機關初核資績分數並經首長核章同意後,備齊
相關證明文件(詳見積分審查證件一覽表,附件3)至現
場辦理遷調申請及資績審查。積分核定結果確認無誤
後,申請人(或受委託人)應於積分核定結果確認表上
簽章。
4、資績評分表中「最近三年考績、獎懲」係指105至107
年考績及105年3月12日以後之獎懲,另予考績不予採
計積分(若107年考績尚未核定,申請人可請服務機關
先開立相關證明);「服務年資」採計至108年3月12日
止。
5、資績評分表中「申請職務遷調原因積分」第1至7款,
須檢附最近一個月內(108年2月13日以後開立)足資證
明申請職務遷調原因之戶籍謄本(含詳細記事)或新式
戶口名簿(含詳細記事),始可採計積分;第8款其他原
因申請職務遷調者,毋需檢附相關證明文件。
6、申請人應繳驗「積分審查證件一覽表」所列各項證件
正本及影本(正反面影本),正本審查完畢後發還,影
本收存,僅持影本證明者不予受理審查;影本應書寫
或加蓋「核與正本相符」章,並簽名或蓋章。

至該職缺補實為止。
