I. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's National Education Administration's letter dated March 13, 108, No. 1080026863.

II. To help students develop good reading habits and improve their English reading skills, the National Education Administration's CoolEnglish online English learning platform has specially created the "Fantasy Reading Kingdom" and "Magical Reading Journey" sections. These sections select English e-books with diverse themes and moderate difficulty, including Chinese translations and full-text readings. Questions are also designed based on the article content to help students assess their comprehension after reading. To encourage elementary and junior high school students nationwide to use the website's reading materials to enhance their reading abilities, the National Education Administration has commissioned National Taiwan Normal University to organize the "Cool English Reading Master" competition.

III. The event period is from April 8, 108, to May 10, 108. Participants include students in grades 3-6 of public and private elementary schools nationwide (Elementary School Group) and students in grades 7-9 of junior high schools (Junior High School Group).
